Warriors refute report that Steph Curry unlikely to play again this season

It didn't take long for the Warriors to announce that Curry had a broken hand, and he underwent surgery to fix the damage.

In a new report from Bleacher Report's Ric Bucher, it appears as though Curry's injury is much worse than originally reported and that he will now be missing the entire season. Since the injury is to Curry's hand and not an area where injuries are more common (i.e. ankle, knee), Payne is unsure when Curry will be able to return to the court.

The Warriors responded by calling Bucher's story "complete hogwash" and stood by their original plan of re-evaluating their star in February. As a substitute, Golden State can be extra involved with planning forward for subsequent season when Curry and Thompson are anticipated to be wholesome.

Santos también buscará apoyar a su goleador Julio Furch, quien es sublíder de goleo con nueve anotaciones. Los "guerreros" acumulan 10 victorias, 3 empates y 3 derrotas en lo que va del Apertura.

The Golden State Warriors say that nothing says that Stephen Curry is absent for the remainder of the 2019-20 season is in fact unfounded. The Dubs faced the Minnesota Timberwolves last Friday.

Curry suffered a broken left hand against the Phoenix Suns when he collided with Aron Baynes while driving to the rim, which caused him to try and break his fall with his hands. Curry landed on his hands and was seen grabbing his wrist after Baynes fell on top of him. They sit at 2-7 on the season, and teams around the league certainly won't show any sympathy for them. At the moment, the team has 9 23 years old players or younger and is missing key players like Andre Iguodala, Shaun Livingston, and Kevin Durant.
