Barcelona: 'No plans to re-sign Neymar'

Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo said in a front-page story on Wednesday the player has told Barcelona he wants to return after becoming disillusioned with life in Paris.

However, Barca vice president Jordi Cardoner said it is not an issue which has been broached by the club's hierarchy. "He was the one who left".

With rumours suggesting that Neymar is open to a shock return to FC Barcelona, it has now been claimed that Paris Saint-Germain have already lined up his replacement should he leave.

Yesterday sources close to Neymar laid out why he wants to go back to the Nou Camp - and it's got a lot to do with Kylian Mbappe.

When asked by reporters on Monday whether he would make good on his pledge, the United States president said he "didn't say that". After playing the video of Trump's promise, Goldberg opened the discussion by asking if the president "owes her some money".

"Any time of the season is good for thinking about these issues, but Neymar plays for a different team". "We're not even in the transfer market".

"Anything can happen in football, but it's hard, unlikely". Anything can happen, but it's hard.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the £200m signing has continued to send signals towards the PSG directors about not fulfilling his desired objectives - of winning the UEFA Champions League and enhancing his chances of major individual honours. "We were all on tour talking with him and his father, and they were not transparent". For now, things are unclear for Neymar Jr. and we will have to wait till the end of the season to know how things unfold. "If he had done, PSG would have been able to buy him for less money and it would have cost us less to sign [replacements], too".

Neymar has been sensational for PSG since arriving in France last year, but many are of the opinion the 26-year-old regrets leaving Barca.
