In the book, Philipps calls Franco a "f-cking bully" and writes, "He grabbed both my arms and screamed in my face, 'DON'T EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN!' And he threw me to the ground". In her shocking new memoir, This Will Only Hurt a Little, Philipps claims multiple men in Hollywood mistreated her throughout her 20-year career - one of which was Franco. However, Philipps claims that he was never truly punished for his alleged behavior.

Franco hasn't responded to media requests about Philipps' accusation, and his publicists did not immediately reply to a request for comment from HuffPost.
