Meghan's half-sister, Samantha Markle slammed reports that the Duchess of Sussex is planning a solo trip to America to reunite with her father.

Initial reports suggest Thomas, 74, is "delighted" about the visit, having given a recent interview claiming his daughter had cut him off and criticising Prince Harry and the Royal Family for their handling of the matter.

According to the United Kingdom tabloid The Mirror, well-wishers sang "Happy Birthday" as Meghan arrived.
