Juror: Cosby's Past Words on Drugs and Sex Led to Conviction

He could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for each count on which he was convicted. "Mr. Cosby admitted to giving these Quaaludes to girls, younger girls, so as to have intercourse with them", Snyder stated of a deposition that was a part of a civil case introduced by accuser Andrea Constand.

Juror Harrison Snyder, in an interview on ABC's Good Morning America, said he doesn't keep up with the news and hadn't heard of the hashtag later adopted by victims to share stories of sexual abuse and assault, following news stories about Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein's predatory behavior previous year. While some people refuse to believe the man once considered "America's Dad" is guilty of such heinous crimes, Snyder thinks the jury got its verdict right.

Snyder, who was the youngest member of the jury, also said he knew nothing about the #MeToo movement.

The 80-year-old had several honorary degrees revoked, including one from Philadelphia's Temple, where the actor received his bachelor's degree.

As far as the allegations, Snyder claimed he knew even less. I knew he was an actor.

Cosby is planning to appeal the verdict, which could potentially delay his imprisonment for months or even years.

"After thoughtful and meticulous consideration of the information and evidence provided to us, we came to our unanimous verdict", the jury said in the statement".

But the archaeological record suggests they succumbed to an Incan invasion only a few decades after the sacrifices occurred. The ages of the children ranged from five to 14, while the llamas were carbon dated to less than 18 months old.

Abrams noted how significant this was.

Cosby may also receive an escort who would stay by his side as he carries out his daily routine. I'm a little too young for that, ' Snyder said.

During the first trial, Cosby told the New York Post he turned down a deal to serve under house arrest, register as a sex offender and probation.

The most damning evidence in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial was not the victim's testimony or statements by five other women who said he had also assaulted them, a juror said on Monday.

He cited the testimony of prosecutors' first witness - Dr Barbara Ziv, an expert in sexual assault victim behaviour - as key to explaining away numerous attacks the defense lobbed at Constand for inconsistencies in the story she told police.

According to TMZ, Cosby's age, blindness, and fame are all factors in considering what kind of assistance he'll require to function while in prison.

However, the reaction he has received since returning home from the hotel where he and the others were sequestered for almost a month has not been so unanimous, Snyder said.
